Make Life Easier
Label Everything: Clearly label your child’s lunchbox, containers, & water bottle to avoid mix-ups.Refrigeration Available: Lunches and water will be stored in refrigeration.
Allergy Awareness: Please avoid packing items with nuts as we strive to maintain a nut-free environment for the safety of all campers.
Pack sunscreen for outdoor activities.
Your child should wear comfortable clothes that allow for freedom of movement. Please, no flip flops sandals.

When are payments due? Do you accept state coucher program?
Camp must be paid in full by June 8th 2026
(no exceptions can be made)

Is the camp nut-free?
Yes, we are a nut-free facility to ensure the safety of all campers. Please avoid packing any food items containing nuts.
What safety measures are in place?
Our staff are Pro-Level CPR and First Aid Certified, and we have an Onsite Medical Director and Camp Manager. Additionally, all staff undergo thorough background checks.
How does check-in and check-out process work?
Parents will sign their children in and out using our log book located in the lobby upon entrance. Anyone picking up must be on the approved pick up list and show identification.
What kinds of activities do you offer?
We offer a mix of indoor and outdoor activities, including sports, dodgeball, capture the flag, gaga, we have 100's of games we roll through, arts and crafts, and themed weeks. Field trips are also included for added excitement!
Is there a registration fee?
Yes, a registration fee is required to secure your child’s spot. This fee is non-refundable after April 30, 2026. This is a separate fee from the camp total. If you are registering more than one camper, you only pay one registration fee. So after you fill out the second registration form, just skip the payment page.
How many weeks do I have to sign up for?
We require a minimum of 6 weeks, but you can sign up for up to 10 weeks to enjoy the full summer experience! Our flexible scheduling allows you to choose the weeks that work best for your family. Keep in mind, the more weeks you sign up for, the more adventures your child can enjoy!
Can I see what’s going on at camp during the day?
Absolutely! Follow us on our Social Media Page to stay updated with daily highlights, photos, and special moments from camp. We post regularly to give parents a glimpse into the fun and exciting activities their children are enjoying.
What happens if my child decides not to attend.
We understand that circumstances can change and children may have second thoughts about attending camp. However, due to our strict refund policy, we are unable to offer refunds once a payment is made. We encourage parents to ensure their child is fully committed to attending before completing the registration and payment process.
What is your refund policy for the camp?
Once camp payments are made, no refunds are given for any reason. We appreciate your understanding as our policy helps us manage our logistics and commitments to staff and resources effectively.
